Twitter has the right to ban accounts. The ones they are banning trolled me hard and viciously for a year. I find their views disgusting and their manners non-existent. However, banning is a mistake. The victim complex of being excluded is what fueled the rise of the alt-right in the first place. Generally, more information is always better. And hey, Twitter, you gave us blocking tech on our accounts; why not just urge users to use it?
