His biggest mistake is he should not have taken as many questionable character kids his first year but he had to fill the roster. Should have hoped for more Shamberger type senior transfers instead but I only fault him looking in the rear view mirror. That first group ran off an entire team. Less bad culture is worth less the chance of less diamonds in the rough
As a leader culture dominates. The rest can be addressed. Hard lesson for Kim but I don't fault him entirely as it was the toughest situation an MU coach has ever started from
