compared to previous years. Add to that the fact that the Virginia governor got his robo-pens to work giving convicted felons the right to vote, along with registration forms and offers to help them register (perks not given to any other Virginia voters), and that millions of non-citizens allegedly voted, undoubtedly heavily in her favor, and that "new record" (with one exception) is a lot less illustrious.
