live interview yesterday late morning and then TV interview early this morning, same 2 basic core messages:
A: Objectives of Tax Reform
1. reduce complexity (most can file on a post card sized form)
2. reduce rates/free up capital for growth to get out of 2% growth mode
3. Reduce and utterly restructure the IRS - change focus to service model, assist people and business
B: congress has plans ready for tax reform; this isn't something they are figuring out now.
