Dumping their bottom 10% of their workforce and not rehiring. While this can be good since avg sales are down and flat since 2008, no one is taking a risk to hire new employees. There is zero growth and won't be.
Add to that Obama ran up the debt just to keep it flat and we are in trouble without a significant growth plan. The lever of dumping money into the economy is gone for all purposes. Obama screwed us
