Easy fix

Have NCAA 'combines' throughout the summer.

Ban coaches from attending AAU events and contact with anyone associated with AAU

Only permit coaches to talk to high school coach and the players parents or guardians. Parents and guardians must be registered with NCAA and appear on financial aid forms. To talk with coaches, parents and guardians cannot be involved with AAU.
