That's the unique thing about him.
Plus, his approval ratings are always inflated by his near universal approval by the african american community.
For O to hit 56%, he only needs 50% approval from everyone else.
So, if the poll asks do you like Obama ? he scores well.
If you ask about the middle east, it's bad.
Iran deal? bad.
Debt? bad.
Obamacare? Bad.
Immigration? No es bueno.
In short, you can't find anything the lightbringer did, that worked.
