freshman year; relatively weak, timid, and tries too hard.

Not to say I wouldn't take him on our team just surprised he hasn't grown as a player more... and when he tries too hard it can hurt the team. I think there was a point at the beginning of the game where JWIII was 0-5 and the rest of his team was 7-15.
