and having a younger Scalia in there is probably a gain anyway.

There are no guarantees, of course, but Ginsburg & Kennedy are in their 80s so retirement is a very real possibility.

Ginsburg will obviously try and hold on until another socialist/communist gets in, but hopefully she'll see the light & will retire.
