Or at least publicly recommend an indictment, which would force Loretta Lynch to either move on it or come up with some lame excuse not to indict. I say let her twist in the wind for several months with a possible indictment under the RICO Act hanging over her, Billy Boy and Chelsea for their money laundering scheme better known as the Clinton Foundation.
