Trudeau suspended the requirements that Mexican citizens have visas, so they're being "compassionate."
If half of the illegal immigrants in the US move to Canada, Latinos (which isn't how Canada would classify them, but I digress) would overtake French people as the 3rd largest ethnic group in Canada.
