smart, easy and COMPASSIONATE.
I would be allowing illegals to keep their stolen, illegal assets if they move in time!
I might even go only with, say, a 5% increase each month because it's the American government that gave tacit approval for illegals to move here.
It's like steroids in baseball. The MLB gave a wink to players using it for a long time. Then later there is the pathetic outrage & a few players are then scapegoats.
