for decades have worked to erode states rights by pushing their agenda into the Federal government. They wanted to tell the rest of the country how to live their lives.
Now that they lost all of Congress and the Presidency, they dont want any changes coming.
If the morons in California fought for states rights, the Federal government would have less say in what happens in California.
