a scholar isn't necessarily disqualified from being in the position by being a scholar. Jaime Dimon, with his real world experience, was front and center at JPMorgan during the 2008 meltdown. So, it may behoove us to have someone with financial industry experience that isn't part of the club, and Bulldog is point out that that's not likely.
