Rudi G. said that a pardon could be given without charges pending and could be very generic with respect to time and what was covered.

I think Obama would be doing Trump a favor if he were to pardon HRC. It would take the distraction of going after her off the table without Trump having to make the decision to let her skate.

Hillary's crimes were all about abusing power. Her power is gone now, she is done. Who really cares now. Forget her and get on with repairing the damage Obama has done.
