attributed to the stricter voter access laws that have been passed in over 18 states over the past 5 years?
Key battleground states like Ohio, North Carolina and little New Hampshire all passed voter laws that either require photo I'd or reduced/eliminated early voting periods.

Looks like the R state governments got the end results they wanted when they introduced dozens of voter access laws. Fewer disenfranchised I.e. minority voters getting to the polls
