after year one. But the APR was so low due to the defections during the Haith era and the Biedschied/Jones issues that he couldn't which lost him J3. The other big issue was the failure by the compliance department to give a proper ruling on taking a grad transfer so KA couldn't take one last year and then didn't find out he could til this June after all the good ones had been taken.
