And whether you believe it or not the universe is unfolding as it should - that old prayer. There was an underlying and very genuine kindness that permeated Dead shows though, that was pretty awesome and real. Whatever we might be doing this Fall or Summer, the band is playing, let's go.

Hanging in Boston for 3 years we would get a 2-3 day Fall and Spring tours and summer tour. And you could drive a few hundred miles and BANG right there. Oxford Plains, ME in '89 two days, 90,000 people Little Feat and the Grateful Dead. Hot Damn. The townsfolks loved us there. Just so good, miss it.
