Who sets up, programs, operates and repairs said equipment??

Not a guy in India .
We may have 2000 factory workers and 300 technicians instead of 4000 UAW type jobs. Better to have those than none. Also the jobs that call on that plant would be gone:
HVAC electric and mechanical service, construction projects, paper computers pencils and other office supplies too, electrical gas and water service, road and parking service work, roofing and on and on would be gone.
