in order to fund your pet project.

I have no interest in controlling people and telling them what they can or can't do at the point of a gun. This is your idea and desire, not mine. Your goal is population control by (supposedly) putting the means in the poor's hands, but that doesn't mean they use it. What if they don't want to use it? How do you plan to force them to use it in order to achieve your desires? Because that is what it'll have to come down to: force
