I remember how proud and happy I was when Obama defeated McCain to be the first black president. I'm sure many of you are basking in the glory of an improbable victory. Finally since Reagan, you were given a candidate that understood the pulse of the white working class.
It's been a struggle after experiencing periods where hard work and effort was rewarded with a solid, middle class job. We'll see if Trump can deliver that lifestyle back despite the many barriers that exist, such as technology and global competition.
