...I know Dems big game plan is continue changing the racial demographics of this country to dilute the white vote, based on the assumption that dems will continue to get the majority of the black and hispanic vote.

I'm not sure that trend will hold up though - given the pandering dems have done to BLM and the like - does that play that well with Hispanics? I seriously doubt it.
