It's a half measure. I liked it, because I favor single payer, which other countries have proven to be the most cost effective solution with the best results. I though Obamacare would, through being a failed half measure, lead to single payer.

Since we obviously aren't going to go to single payer, the next option (an inferior option to single payer), is to get rid of the half measure, since it isn't going to serve its purpose.
