We have created obese poor people. Progressive's whine about food deserts, ignoring that the crime is so high in those area's, no one can run a grocery store profitably.
when the profit margin is 1% to 3%, shoplifting robbery, massive insurance cost against lawsuits, means no private company will ever build a store.
