i said...it includes an area that has a huge apartment complex and an area of duplexes that are subsidized housing. I know this because i know people who were in line.

I'm told they have to vote in a smaller room, with less voting stations and fewer people to check them in.

I would speculate it's probably the poorest precinct that is voting at Northland Cathedral.
