if Mrs. Clinton gets elected, how will the federal government ensure that a chemical engineer of 5 years experience who is female gets paid the same as a male of the same experience?
Are there new codes or regulations laying out rules of pay and employment needed at the federal level to ensure this fair and equitable system is finally put in place?
