Philadelphia is a Democratic stronghold like Chicago

That city is corrupt to the core...there is just no way in hell that the democrats aren't going to get thousands of illegitimate votes out of the city of Philadelphia. They can't be stopped there. It would require an outside law enforcement agency coming in, with hundreds of officers, to even make a dent in what the democrats pull there.
