That the dems will completely trash the country sooner than the repubs will (assuming trends of decades continue), so lets elect them, let them take the blame for the debacle coming, and get on it.

It stands for Chaos, Collapse and Consolidate. Hopefully in the consolidation phase enough people have learned something to prevent it again. For awhile anyway.
