Recently Jackson took an official visit to the school and he came away impressed with what he saw, and that led to the Tigers landing his commitment over other interest from schools such as St. Joseph’s, Boston College, Temple, and Akron.
Look for Jackson to fill the role of athletic energizer for the Tigers. With his ability to play both the small forward and power forward on the defensive end, he will give energy and provide rebounding from both positions.
Jackson is at his best when he can be surrounded by a shooter at the other forward spot, which allows good floor spacing and the chance for him to really go to work in the mid-range and down low where he is at his best.
