felons to the voting rolls... one felon at a time... at taxpayer expense.
That's almost as bad as Hillary using Clinton Foundation Funds to bankroll her wedding.
By the time his reelection time rolls around he may have a couple of hundred thousand new McAuliff voters on the books... at taxpayer expense, no less.
