It will not be Obama this is the way that our state department and military thinks. Russia has no desire right now to take over Latvia. But the Unites States wants to involve Nato because they will not get involved in a conflict in Syria. They will try to open up a second front and put Russia on the defensive because we are at a strategic disadvantage in the Med
