Mexico, on the honor system.
It is clearly racist to require them to cross the dangerous border in order to vote, collect welfare, get free medical care, free education, and the ability to commit crimes against Americans.
We should send welfare checks to all Mexicans, send teachers down there to educate, and allow them to vote as many times as they wish.
The logic is that they are affected by American laws and policies. They should have a say in what America does.
Mexico is our neighbor. They are not our friend.
