The phrase "pizza-related" as applied to a map and a handkerchief doesn't make a lot of sense out of context. But a simple google search suggests that a map of pizza places is not out of the realm of possibilities; I mean that is something that commonly exists.
Maybe they were meeting and someone drew a map of local pizza joints on their handkerchief?
There, that theory is just as plausible as a massive child sex ring.
And to be clear, Hillary is for sure a criminal and should be locked up, but for actual crimes, not made-up internet ones.
