Well, I just found out that someone I know, who is in a nursing home under memory care (dementia) in St. Louis County has been registered to vote by the County Board of Election Commissioners. Not only that, THAT PERSON VOTED. She has no idea for whom or what. It appears that the Board sends out people to register voters in dementia care facilities. Now, I don't believe that they were actual board employees. Rather they are probably from some ACORN-like outfit. But that's not voter fraud. Right?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
