Hillary, bill would not directly sell any secrets.

They would take a massive donation, then mention or share her unprotected email account. Kind of a self serve for the person getting the bribe.

Doing it in this manner, makes it an extremely difficult crime to prove, and Hillary can plead ignorance. The private email was set up purely for pay to play, delete the evidence.

The real problem, is leaving it wide open meant everyone could see it, and they did.
