Two simple things that would greatly help the corruption.
A) federal elected officials, including the Prez
are prohibited from any retirement benefits

B) all federal election campaign funds left over from the present election are turned over to the Federal government.

and of course the best idea of all. All campaign contributions should be taxed at 300%. But thats just a wishful (yet effective) fantasy.
