programs through public education have dumbed down complete generations of people keeping them permanently poor. It's why they spend the little money they have playing the lottery or working at McDonalds or some crap retail job. They've been told that they can get all things through the government which has ruined this country. Whatever happened to the Democratic idea "Ask not what the country can do for you, but what you can do for your country".
