Hillary will win. But there has to be an explanation for why she can not implement the things she promised to fend off Bernie Sanders.
Solution, same as the one they used for Bill. Maintain the illusion that she has to fend off all these partisan republican attacks, and as a result, dang nab it, she has to do exactly what the deep state wants done - enrich western corporations via neocolonialism (and the wealthy domestically to keep their support) and viciously attack all foreign countries that defy instructions.
Another concern was low turn out. Tightning up the polls helps mitigate that concern.
The Deep State doesn't lose many elections, even when the Ruskies meddle.
