Which the overwhelming majority of people who receive them are white (farming , ethanol etc)Which is why it is never brought up. And it will only get bigger (especially ethanol subsidies) because these politicians have to go to Iowa and promise them bigger subsidies in order to run for president.

Farming subsidies keep whole communities afloat in the midwest, and some of those citizens are the same ones complaining about blacks on welfare...
