schedule like we have this upcoming season, then we will certainly need to win at least 23-24 to even make the NCAA bubble.

If we have a salty schedule, then 20 wins might cut it.

The bottom line, however, is that by year 3 you expect to be NCAA bubble or solid NIT, and this season with what looks like one of the easiest schedules of all-time, that will probably require 23-24 wins.
