Comey suggested no indictment. You think Lynch would over-ride the FBI ? Not likely. SO if you are trying to tie Bill Clinton to this affair, tie him Comey not Lynch.

That meeting was kind of stupid for the optics - but again, why in the world would Lynch over-ride the FBI recommendation?
