Trump has repeatedly said free trade is his #1 priority. You know you are being dishonest implying he would rather tariff than have free trade.

And immigration isn't a black and white issue within the libertarian party. Most of the libertarian party views liberties as within a sovereign state which requires border enforcement. Libertarians are typically more supportive of easier legal immigration laws but not free/open borders.
