The story doesn't dispute that the clerk was prohibited by law from placing an EARLY polling location at the campus.
Your story did not describe a SINGLE student (NOT ONE!) who was denied their vote.
How many students decided not to vote at all because there was not an illegal EARLY polling location on campus?
How many students chose to vote EARLY at the legal polling places?
Is there a polling place on campus on election day?
How many students took out Absentee ballots?
