this would not have been an issue. How is it that this laptop was not checked earlier. This is the top aid to HRC and they never subpoenaed her work laptop? Even someone as biased as yourself has to find this a bit suspicious.

I think he announced this because other departments working the Weiner case had information and the FBI had to get out in front of it so they were not caught in a huge shltstorm.
