You are kidding yourself if you think he would be not much better than a 40 yo 1st time head coach.

He has 15 years expeprience at two big time college football programs. IN 15 years he won 9 or more games 10 years. That is success.

LSU will regret losing Les Miles and Mizzou will be hard pressed to ever get a coach that will perform like Les did in 15 years of coaching.
