fact... but the defenders of evil continue to use the "conspiracy theory" epithet as their weapon of choice as a defense mechanism when the truth becomes uncomfortable for them.
We've seen incontrovertible evidence of the mainstream media deliberately hiding or distorting the truth. The alternative media has sprung up in the vacuum to provide the truth the MSM hides. No wonder the MSM is steadily shrinking while the alternatives are growing rapidly. The independents are doing a far better job of what the media is supposed to be doing than the MSM has been doing.
The MSM has turned into the propaganda arm of the powers that be, unfortunately, and the public... at least the public interested in the truth, no longer trusts them very much.
But Danny Whizzbang apparently
1. doesn't care about the truth &/or
2. is blinded by his ideology, holding onto it so tightly he can't recognize truth staring him in the face &/or
3. is himself deliberately trying to obfuscate the truth
