Hes the former U.S. Attorney for the District of Criminals, He said the FBI was in full revolt over Comey covering for Hellary and was gonna start leaking to the press if he didnt reopen the case.

They were not gonna sit on their asses and let him destroy the reputation of the Agency without a fight
