Without a compelling reason, my policy is to vote against constitutional amendments. Don't see a compelling reason for this one. Plus I am skeptical because it was created by a special interest group (the relators) and is being pushed by special interest.
Wouldn't surprise me to find out that the scumbag class warfare outfit ALEC is behind this.
