Per the raskol, if you are told to do something and you do it, everything is ok. That is the standard he applied to the lies of fat hillary at the caskets of the fallen from bengazhi. I'm sure someone with the integrity of The Raskol would not have different ethical standards for different people or circumstances.
And the FIB director has added the burden of proving intent. Not in the trial, just in the investigation. If the FIB cannot be certain of the intent of the target of the investigation, there is no indictment. No need for a messy trial and witnesses and verdicts. Per comey, intent and therefor innocence or guilt is determined during the investigation.
The uterus won't go to jail. Obama will see to that, unless it comes down to...one of them is going to prison and obama gets to decide which one.
Barring that, whatever she is guilty of will be pardoned by the marxist.
The legal implications are minor. The campaign implications are or could be, huge.
