Your statement is 100% true.
The problem, is that the immunity deal get's ignored, or torn up for the lie, only if the FBI decides to do so.
In this case, it's doubtful the people in charge will sign off on tearing up that deal, because it may lead to testimony that get's people indicted they desperately want to protect.
No one is going to indict Hillary, because they all know she and Bill will turn on Obama in an instant. Obama and crew got played by the Clinton's.
My bet is if anyone get's convicted, it's a low level person, with an off the record do your time, shut your mouth, get a huge check later.
